Prices are per weekly rental and for a maximum of people (6-8 persons).
In order to maintain high standards of hospitality and services for our customers, we would like to inform you that Thea Thalatta Luxury Villas has its policy/facilities which are available on our website.
ā¢ Welcome
ā¢ Minimum stay of one calendar week (seven nights).
ā¢ Family with children are welcome.
ā¢ Free private car parking is available on site (car parking reservation is not required).
ā¢ Check-in between 14:00 to 22:00 hours
ā¢ Check-out between 10:00 - 10:30 hours
ā¢ Pets are not allowed.
ā¢Ā Payment methods: bank account transfer or www.livepay.gr (credit card).
A security deposit of ā¬ 200.00 is required upon arrival in case of incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Cancellation Policy for Allotment Villas
Prior Arrival Villa Owner will get:
0-6 Days: The total cost of the booking
7-13 Days: The 80% of cost of the booking
13 - 20 Days: The 50% of cost of the booking
21 & more Days: No Charge
The cancellation is enforced for Covid-19 reasons e.g as a result of the Government's advice not to travel, flights cancelled, etc.
